Take a minute with each virtue.
Reflect upon each in light of your challenge.
Think about your challenge then tap on the key hole twice when you are ready for the lock you have chosen to open. Skim over the virtues on the page and notice if you are drawn to one in particular; even if you do not know why at first. Reflect upon that virtue, in the context of your challenge, before moving to the other virtues, questions or quotes on the page. Finally, click upon 1 virtue that has drawn your attention the most. It will take you to further reflection and possibly action steps.
