Bhuta Thai

Learn our full-body Thai Yoga Massage sequence, along with the 14 major of TCM and their corresponding organs and elemental energies.

Feb 15 - 23

Acu Thai

Refine the Full-Body technique, add a seated sequence, learn 33 powerful acupressure points, their healing potentials, and how to tap into them.

Feb 24 - 29

Level 1 (Bhuta Thai, aka: The Full-Body sequence) is enough in itself to make one a great practitioner of TYM. However, you've probably traveled a long, long way just to do this training. And, you also just happen to be in a beautiful island paradise! Therefore, wouldn't it make more sense to stay a little longer and get the Level 2 (Acu Thai) certification? Of course, it would! And, for those who have yoga teacher aspirations (or are already yoga teachers but want to take it to the next level), you only need to stick around for 10 more day; applying the foundations you gained in your TYM trainings to the "Acu Postures" yoga teacher training which follows.

Also, by taking both Levels 1 & 2 you already get a Super Discount!

But, if you add the Acu Postures (RYT 200) yoga training as well, well then you get an Amazing Discount!

And,

Alumni Please Note!

If you have already completed your Level 1 at some other point in time with CYS, you get a Super ~ Amazing Deal:

You will get to Repeat and Refine your Level 1 skills for Free and take $500 off the Acu-Postures training tuition.

(Scroll down for the discount details!)

Become an Acu-Postures Yoga Teacher!

It's too much to go into on this page and, besides, we already created another page to describe this training anyway. But, just know for now that this is no typical yoga teacher training; as most yoga teachers never develop the skills you will have already gained by taking the prior TYM trainings + you only "have to" add a little more time to your stay in a delightful tropical paradise to achieve this yoga teacher certification.

Lodging

"Balinese Style," if you know what it is, then you already know the type of place you would like to stay; and where you stay can play a very big part in your overall experience of Bali. Therefore, although we already have some great Balinese Style rooms already reserved for our guests, we are also perfectly fine with allowing our guests to choose their own lodging; especially if price is -or is not- an issue.  For example, after the cost of a flight and the retreat, some people may need a very cheap place to stay; while others may want to take the opportunity to spend a little more and stay in an extra-magical place that would never be an option for them back home. Nevertheless, we are certainly not leaving you on your own to find lodging. If you want to choose one of the lodges we have already reserved, we got you covered! Or, if you want to look into some other options, we are still here to help! For starters, just go to this link to get a closer look at our options, and some other awesome options, as well.

Food

I know it may sound exaggerated, but so many of the restaurants in Ubud seem like holy places, too good to just eat there; nor do we. We love to hang out for as long as we can to soak in the atmosphere, just chillin' and enjoying the Balinese hospitality, which is second to none! Previously, meals were covered on our tours, but in Bali it just doesn't make sense. There are so many places you can go and the budget range is just as vast; though for most westerners the prices you find most anywhere will still seem pretty good. Expect to pay as low as $3 for a good meal on the low end, but if you pay $10 for a meal its probably going to be divine!

Flight Info

You will have to get your own flight, but a recent check on cheap0air.com and similar search engines is currently turning up flights that cost under $1000 -round trip!- from mid-west US and CAN, 750E from London, and under $200 from Perth, AUS and, Madras, India.

VISA On Arrival

There is a long list of countries, from around the world, wherein citizens usually do not need a pre-ordered VISA to enter Bali, but can opt for the V.O.A. instead. Check the list here.

Passport

If you don't have a passport you will want to start working on that pretty soon as it can take 4 to 6 weeks; and even longer if there are any glitches in the process.

Deposit and Refund Policy

Deposit is non-refundable, but can be used toward a future YTT, Thai Yoga Massage training or Yoga Retreat if you are unable to come to the initial training intended. Also, any amounts already paid towards the tuition of the training are technically non-refundable if the request for a refund is made within 60 days of the training commencement. However, if this were to happen, the amount can still be used towards a future training or retreat.  Nevertheless, one can still request a refund after the 60 day deadline and we will do our best to grant it, or some portion of it. However, we will be under no  obligation to do so; and, if we choose to do so, it could take up to 9 months for the full dispersal of the refund and it may come in increments. This is not because of a lack of sympathy for anyone who requests a refund, but as a necessity to protect the funds of the operation until it has been completed safely.

Investment!

The cost of the training + lodging is based upon $100  x 15 days, which comes to $1500 as reflected in the final price. Thus, the Early Bird Specials only apply to new students; as well as the additional discount for combining both weeks of training. Alumni do not have to pay to repeat the Week 1 training, but they do need to pay for lodging at $20 per night.

Want to find your own lodging?

There are some good reasons for that and the lady in the video below goes over a few of them. However, if you do this, please make sure you are not more than a 15 minute walk from our training campus or have lots of experience driving a scooter (on the left side of the road)!

Bring a Friend ~ Save a Bundle!

You may want to consider splitting the cost by going for a double occupancy room. This could help you save a bundle by splitting the cost of a cheap room, wherein you might just pay around $7 a night on a $15 room. Or for like $30 each you could get a $60 room in something like a palace.

The site where we hold our training and retreat

This video is 90% about Ubud, Bali (where our training and retreat take place) and at about 1:25 she begins to explain why I also make our lodging options optional. She also has lots of other great recommendations for Ubud. However, unless you come from a country where you are accustomed to driving on the left side of the road, I beg you not to follow her advice about getting a scooter; unless you also have lots of in-traffic scooter or motorcycle driving experience.

Curious About Level 3 TYM Training?

Level 3 gives you the title of "Adept" TYM Practitioner and implies you have completed the following 3 trainings: Levels 1 & 2 (described above) and the 300Hr Vishwa Ayurveda Yoga Teacher / Practitioner Training. ~ which will be scheduled soon. But, frankly, it would be too much to add this 300Hr/33 Day training too soon. Give yourself at least a few months to let Levels 1 & 2 sink in -Or- you can start with the Vishwa Ayurveda training and add Levels 1 & 2 later. The VA, in itself, already gives one a great start into the body work skills of TYM.
