Love
Seek God like a lover separated from his beloved.
Am I blinded by attachments to worldly affairs?
(Love) hath bound a myriad victims in its fetters
wounded a myriad wise men with his arrow.
Have I cultivated my capacity to make healthy choices?
Am I able to keep to my decisions under temptation?
And if, confirmed by the Creator, the lover escapes
from the claws of the eagle of love,
he will enter the Valley of Knowledge.
