A Typical Daily Training Schedule

What you see below is from a 300hr Yoga Teacher Training we held in Bali, Indonesia over the course of 1 month. Other pages show you an itinerary related to specific trainings, such as the Thai Yoga Massage Training or the 200hr YTT or the 200/300hr "Vishwa Yoga Journey across India and over to Bali. So to get a better idea of what each day will look like for the training you choose, you should review its respective itinerary in relation to this sample schedule you see below. (Note: The VYJ India/Bali Schedule will deviate the most widely from what you see below due to the extensive travel involved acros India.)

Group Excursions

Many of this years excursion are still being decided upon. There is just so much to choose from throughout Bali that it can be hard to make up our mind; plus we also want to know what sounds most awesome to you. Believe it or not, not everyone gets excited about a long, hot, hike up and around a steaming hot volcano!  Nevertheless, you can be sure of having opportunities to experience Volcanos, Waterfalls, Water Temples, Bali Green School, many cultural experiences and, my personal favorite, the Kecak Fire Dance at Uluwatu Temple. (Btw, it's fine if you want to look up this beautiful cliff side temple; but try to avoid viewing any online samples of this  traditional, story-telling dance ...that occurs with the ocean and setting sun as the stages back drop.)  Some of the places we visit require small entrance fees, but not usually more than $5. However, I can tell you now that Green School tours are between $8 for a short tour and $40 for a half-day tour.
