Free Intro to Yoga - A 75 minute class to answer specific questions, learn some basic yoga poses and discover which yoga class is right for you. This class is offered one Saturday of each month from 3 to 4:15pm. Pre registration is required. Check below for schedule.


All classes below are 60-90 minutes

Kids 7 and older welcomed to all Basics classes, accompanied by an adult.
