Class Level Key: A=All Levels,  B=Basics/Beginners,  C=Challenging,  D=Donation (Free & Easy), E=very Easy,  I=Intermediate

Sometimes Key Letters Are Combined

SUNDAYS

8:30am   Mysore Style  ~ Will  (D)  This class is not led -students learn self-direction. However the teacher gives many adjustments and suggestions uniquely fitted to each individual

7:30pm    POWER YOGA   ~ Will or Brooke (C)

 

TUESDAYS

9:45am    Gentle Basics ~ Annie  (A)    A Great Gentle Class for Anyone! Prenatal Friendly (after the first trimester)

6:00pm   NEW BEGINNERS / BASICS  ~ Janet (A)

 

WEDNESDAYS

9:45am     YIN YOGA  ~Will  (A)

6:00pm     T r i Y o g a  ~ Mary  Kemper (A)

 

THURSDAYS

9:45am     Slow Vinyasa Flow  ~ Cezarina (A)

4:30pm     RADIANT CHILD YOGA ~ Cezarina (D)   Kindergarten ~ 4th Grade (Donations go to children in India)

6:00pm     YIN YOGA  ~ Christian  (E)

7:30pm     RECOVERY YOGA  ~ Jeff (D)  This class is mainly attended by those striving to conquer substance abuse. Nevertheless, the class is open for anyone who wants to heal in any way whatsoever while deepening their spiritual growth by connecting mind, body and spirit in greater harmony. Classes end with a time of sharing, prayer and meditation. The class is free but donations make it possible to continue; so please consider giving something... any amount helps! (All donations are made anonymously)

 

FRIDAYS

9:45am    MIXED LEVELS   ~ Ellen (I)

{7:30pm    NEW! A DANCE OF THE HEART(Currently not a part of a yoga class package)  $11 per class}   A safe space and loving environment where a variety of music is placyed - FUN to raucous to meditative - evoking a full spectrum of body expression with self and/or others...

 

SATURDAYS

9:00am    MIXED  LEVELS  ~ Janet or Monique (I)

10:45am  Beginner POWER YOGA  ~ Will or Brooke (I  - C) ("Beginner" here implies Beginner to Power Yoga, not Beginner to yoga in general. However, if you exercise regularly and are somewhat fit, it may be a fine place for you to start as a beginner to yoga in general.)
