Will Brashear, R.Y.T "Will" has studied yoga since 1988 and began teaching in 1996. He received his Bachelors degree in Human Development from Antioch College and is currently working on his Graduate Degree in Integral Yoga Psychology thru Antioch University McGregor (AUM). He received his certification to teach Astanga yoga in India by "Master ji" M.S. Viswanath, the nephew and former assistant to the world renowned "Guru ji" Patabhi Jois. Master ji now serves on Will's graduate degree committee along with Dr. Panch Ramalingam, president of the Pondicherry India Psychology Association, and Behloo Mehra, PhD. Will is a Thai Yoga Masseus, Dancer and Choreographer, co-director of the Bahai Youth Workshop (a teen performing arts company), and author of The Yoga of Religion (Inland Press, Chennai). He has two new yoga books in the editing process and currently writes for City Beat magazine's Road to Wellness section. |

Bodil Friedman, 500 R.Y.T. Bodil began her yoga studies in 1978 and has been teaching beginners Hatha yoga since 1995. She is a professional level 500 hour certified Kripalu Teacher. Her classes are designed for students wanting to experience a new way of life with more awareness on health and a less stressful lifestyle. She emphasizes breath, balance, alignment, and meditation. She also is a graduate of the two year CYTA apprentice program. |

Monique Klasmeier Monique Klasmeier has been teaching yoga in the Cincinnati area since 2000. She is a graduate of the Cincinnati Yoga Teachers Association teacher/apprenticeship program and a certified yoga instructor through Atma Yoga with Christopher Ken Baxter. Monique focuses her classes on awareness from within, finding a place of steadiness and comfort which will allow the body to receive the most benefit from warm-ups, asanas and relaxation; thus promoting flexibility, strength and relieving the effects of stress on the body. Lynne Mayo, R.Y.T. Lynne has been a student of yoga since 1995. She is an Atma Yoga certified teacher. Lynne decided to teach yoga in order to share the experience that had made such a difference in her personal health and spiritual being. As steacher, Lynne focuses on developing core strength in order the to move through postures with ease and stability. Stephanie Herrin, R.Y.T. Stephanie has been teaching Yoga and Pilates since 2000. She also teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga Pilates, Chair Yoga, Pre-Natal and Kid's Yoga. She is certified in Integrative Yoga Therapy and is teaching group and private lessons in this style. Ellen Zipperstein, R.Y.T. Ellen Zipperstein has been practicing yoga for six years. She is a Kripalu Yoga Certified Teacher. Ellen also studies Iyengar and Anusara styles of yoga and integrates all into her classes. She has an extensive background in Modern Dance and Ballet and uses her knowledge of moving from the center, alignment, and breath to encourage her students in their yoga journeys. Meredith Hogan Merideth completed Ana Forest Yoga teacher training certification in Chicago, Ill, in September 2003. While living in Chicago was sole instructor and operator of Pilates, yoga and modern dance studio, specializing in small and semi-private instruction and personal training. Certified in Pilates Method on Matwork from the Physical Mind Institute. She strives to combine her love of movement with her teaching skills.
